(HSCR 1022-00)   Assists public agencies in holding meetings by
              videoconference. (SD1)

SB 2001 SD2      RELATING TO COUNTY TORT LIABILITY                      JHA
(SSCR 2670)      Extends State tort liability to include indemnification of
              counties against damages arising from the operation of
              certain beach parks by a county. (SD2)

SB 3049          RELATING TO HISTORIC PRESERVATION                 WLU, JHA
(HSCR 1004-00)   Amends the law to make DLNR records of the location and
              description of historic sites confidential.

SB 3194 SD2 HD1  RELATING TO THE RIGHT TO FARM                     AGR, JHA
(HSCR 895-00)    Prohibits a farming operation from being declared a
              nuisance for any reason if the farming operation has been
              conducted in a manner consistent with generally accepted
              agricultural and management practices.  Specifies that any
              such farming operation shall be presumed to be reasonable
              and shall not be found to constitute a nuisance.  Requires
              the court to award costs of court, reasonable attorney
              fees, and any other related costs to the defendant if the
              court determines that any action alleging that an
              agricultural operation is a nuisance is frivolous.

SB 3038 SD1 HD1  RELATING TO EDUCATION                             EDN, JHA
(HSCR 1007-00)   Amends zero tolerance policy by allowing suspension of a
              student who attends school or a department-supervised
              activities, whether on or off school premises, after
              consuming intoxicating liquor. (SB3038 HD1)
