Report Title: Anti-Spamming Law

Description: Makes unlawful the unsolicited or misleading transmission of an electronic mail message or the unsolicited transmission of a facsimile message. Provides immunity from liability for an interactive computer service that blocks an unlawful transmission. Makes a violation of new chapter an unfair or deceptive act or practice. (SD1)
