Prohibits preferences in government contracts, programs, services, and workforce policies that affect parental roles in children's health, welfare, and education, that favor one parent over another. (Kanno)

Mandates a basic hourly wage rate for workers of employers who hold contracts of any amount to perform services for a governmental contracting agency. (Hanabusa)

Provides a military service credit of up to four years to qualified retirants of the ERS. (Kawamoto)

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
