Description: Clarifies that attorneys fees and costs may not be awarded to the plaintiff in an unfair trade practice suit brought by the State or a county; allows threefold compensatory damages for injuries sustained to property from unfair or deceptive trade practices; requires that consent decrees entered into before the filing of an action do not become final until 60 days from the filing of the consent judgment or decree or until final determination of exceptions.
