RELATING TO CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIMES.

Removes the requirement that flood insurance maintained on condominiums be obtained through the federal flood insurance program.

SB 2470

RELATING TO CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIMES.

Amends the condominium property regime law to require an association of apartment owners, that has received a request for information from an owner, to notify the owner in writing of its intent to impose fees for providing that information prior to assessment. Contested fees are to be submitted to arbitration.

RELATING TO CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIMES.

Extends from 120 days to 365 days the deadline for obtaining from the apartment owners the required percentage of votes to amend the bylaws of a condominium property regime. Applies the 365 day deadline to proposed bylaws submitted by either the board of directors or a volunteer apartment owners' committee.

RELATING TO SOCIAL WORK.

Establishes 3-tier social worker licensing levels; extends sunset of Act 229, SLH 2001, to 6/30/03. (SD1)
