RELATING TO CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIMES.

Extends from 120 days to 365 days the deadline for obtaining from the apartment owners the required percentage of votes to amend the bylaws of a condominium property regime. Applies the 365 day deadline to proposed bylaws submitted by a volunteer apartment owners' committee. Permits an association of apartment owners to invest its funds in alternative investments subject to specific guidelines.
