Requires landowners to prove accreted lands were in existence for at
least 40 continuous years.
HB 1720 RELATING TO ACCRETED LANDS. WLU, FIN
Requires the Office of Environmental Quality Control to publish
notices of beachfront accretion applications.
HB 2548 RELATING TO ACCRETION. WLU, FIN
Clarifies that land claimed under the State's accretion laws shall
remain zoned state conservation.
HB 2266 RELATING TO ACCRETED LANDS. WLU, JHA
Includes accreted lands as public land. Establishes requirements for
the registration of and quiet title action for accreted lands.
