Report Title: Emergency Medical Services; Alcohol, Substance Abuse Policy
Description: Requires DOH to include in standards for EMS services, standards requiring ambulance service providers licensed by the state to establish and maintain an alcohol and substance abuse policy and wellness program for employees that is comparable to those holding commercial drivers' licenses. Subjects the alcohol and substance abuse policy to negotiations if the policy is to be applied to employees covered under collective bargaining agreement. (SB3077 HD1)
