Requires the public utilities commission to maintain a web site that includes all decisions and orders, a list of all open dockets, and a list of all upcoming meetings. Requires persons with applications before the commission to submit the application via electronic mail, on a compact disc with a copy of the application in PDF format, or in any other electronic format prescribed by the commission. RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUOR.

Increases the amount of wine that a wine manufacturer from a state with a reciprocal shipping privilege may ship to a Hawaii consumer for personal use and provides that the consumer need not obtain a permit for the shipment. (HB1465 HD2)

DECISION MAKING TO FOLLOW, IF TIME PERMITS.

Persons wishing to testify on CPH/SAT bill should submit 25 copies of their testimony and for CPH only bills submit 20 copies of their testimony to the committee clerk, Room 219, State Capitol during regular business hours, or outside the Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Office, Room 015, State Capitol for all other times, 24 hours prior to the hearing. Testimony may also be faxed if less than 5 pages in length, to the Senate Sergeant-At-Arms Office at 586-6659 or 1-800-586-6659 (toll free for neighbor islands), at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
