RELATING TO HEALTH BENEFITS.

Provides members of collective bargaining unit 12 (police officers) with a tax credit for health insurance premiums. Provides credit of up to $960 per year for single coverage and $2,400 per year for family coverage. (SD1)

RELATING TO PEST CONTROL.

Specifies that a pest control operator obtain and maintain continuous coverage of workers' compensation and liability insurance for licensure, and sets forth the consequences for failing to do so. (SD1)
