RELATING TO DRIVERS' LICENSES.

Restores language regarding the illegal display or possession of a fictitious or fraudulent driver's license and language regarding use of false or fictitious names in applications for driver's licenses that was mistakenly repealed.

RELATING TO EXPENDITURE OF PUBLIC MONEY.

Requires contractors on public works construction contracts to comply with United States Department of Labor specifications for staffing requirements.

RELATING TO YOUTH INVOLVEMENT.

Establishes the last week and the last Thursday in March as Youth Involvement Recognition Week and Day to honor youth development programs and the youth who participate in and contribute to the success of such programs.

RELATING TO RECONSTRUCTED VEHICLES.

Changes exemption from law on reconstructed privately owned motor vehicles to counties with less than 150,000 population, rather than counties with less than 500,000 population.

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.

If you require special assistance or auxiliary aids or services to participate in the public hearing process (i.e., sign language interpreter, wheelchair accessibility, or parking designated for the disabled) please contact the committee clerk 24 hours prior to the hearing so arrangements can be made.

Public Folder. A folder labeled "Public Folder" containing the measures and testimonies for the hearing will be available for shared use by members of the public.
