RELATING TO TRAFFIC INFRACTIONS.

Eliminates inconsistencies in adjudication of traffic offenses; clarifies application of section 291D-3(b) (applicability of administrative adjudication law) by providing that infractions not resulting in a criminal charge do not require court adjudication. Extends the time for answering a notice of traffic infraction from 15 to 21 days.

RELATING TO FAMILY COURT.

Requires that custody shall be awarded to assure frequent, continuing, and appropriate contact with both parents and encourages both parents to share the responsibility of raising their child. Requires the submission of a parenting plan with a divorce complaint and answer. (SB556 HD1)

RELATING TO ANTITRUST.

Makes antitrust laws governing mergers and acquisitions applicable to all business entities. Allows private plaintiffs to seek injunctive relief to prevent threatened or incipient damage.
