RELATING TO THE DEPOSIT BEVERAGE CONTAINER PROGRAM. Exempts commercial passenger vessels with recycling programs prescribed or approved by the department of health from the requirements of the State's deposit beverage container program. Defines "commercial passenger vessel" and "patron". Allows for reverse vending machines to reject containers with an unreadable barcode. Allows for the flattening of beverage containers. RELATING TO MEDICAID. Prohibits the Department of Human Services from taking any action or expending state resources in any effort to remove prescription drug benefits from managed care plans that provide health care coverage for Medicaid beneficiaries. |
