Measure Title: RELATING TO VIOLATIONS OF CHAPTER 6E.
Report Title: Violations of Chapter 6E
Description: Establishes criminal offenses for knowingly taking, appropriating, excavating, injuring, destroying, or altering historic property, aviation artifacts, and burial sites without permission or without obtaining required approval. Establishes criminal offense for knowingly failing to stop work in the immediate area and reporting the discovery in cases when a burial site is discovered. Establishes that it is a civil and administrative violation to knowingly fail to re-inter human remains discovered on private lands or lands owned by the State or counties or to knowingly glue together, label, or conduct any tests that destroy skeletal remains.
