RELATING TO THE STATE PHARMACY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.

Extends income eligibility requirement for state pharmacy assistance program to           per cent of the federal poverty level. Removes requirement for DHS to provide enrollment assistance. Requires DHS to pay for drugs not on the plan's formulary. (SD2)

RELATING TO COMMUNITY PLACEMENT.

Directs the departments of health and human services to maintain an inventory of all facilities licensed or certified under their jurisdiction and their vacancies to facilitate the placement of individuals in community-based facilities. (SD2)

Increases state supplemental payments, to unspecified amounts, for type I and II ARCHs, adult foster homes, and developmental disabilities domiciliary homes, and adds developmental disabilities apartment complexes and community care foster family homes to providers receiving level of care payments.
