AMENDED AGENDA

 

This agenda has been amended to add Geronimo Malabed, Association of Non-Emergency Medical Transporters of Hawaii, the CEO of the Waianae Coast Comprehensive Center, make technical corrections and to delete from the agenda Bev Harbin.

 

The purpose of this informational briefing is to discuss the concerns with services to the clients and payments to the providers of Ohana Care and Ever Care. The briefing will discuss options to more effectively address the healthcare needs of the clients under such programs and seek corrective action on either late payments or failure to pay healthcare providers of these programs.

To ensure that all testifiers/presenters will have adequate time to speak, the Committee on Human Services request that participants limit comments/presentations to 5 minutes per individual or group.  Please note that questions will be asked by Committee members.
