Status

RELATING TO HOUSING DEVELOPMENT.

Amends the criteria for approval by the Hawaii community development authority of substitute reserved housing projects to be constructed within and outside of the geographic boundaries of the authority's jurisdiction.  Takes effect 7/1/2050.  (SD2)

Status

RELATING TO KANEOHE BAY REGIONAL COUNCIL.

Clarifies that the department of land and natural resources shall not attend meetings nor provide administrative support for the Kaneohe Bay regional council; requires the Kaneohe Bay regional council to meet annually instead of quarterly and to report on its activities annually instead of semi-annually; repeals the sunset of the council scheduled for 7/1/2010; effective 6/30/50.  (SD1)

Testimony submitted will be placed on the Legislative Web site after the hearing adjourns.  This public posting of testimony on the Web site should be considered when including personal information in your testimony.
