RELATING TO THE SUPER BOWL.

Establishes the Hawaii Super Bowl task force to plan and coordinate efforts to bring the Super Bowl to Hawaii.

RELATING TO THE TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS TAX.

Allocates a portion of the tax revenues from the transient accommodations tax that are deposited into the general fund to DBEDT for the department's operations.

RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUOR.

Requires a minimum distance between class 11 cabaret license premises in Waikiki.
