Clarifies the definition of "landscape architect".  Replaces the existing definition of "surveyor" or "land surveyor" with definitions for "land surveying" and "professional surveyor", "professional land surveyor", or "land surveyor".  Effective July 1, 2112.  (SB2167 HD1)

RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUOR.

Amends section 281-78(b), HRS, to clarify that a licensee who timely suppresses unlawful activity, including by means of detaining and reporting an offender to the police, occurring on the licensed premises shall not be in violation of that section.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD1)

RELATING TO NOISE.

Authorizes a liquor commission in a county with a population of over seven hundred thousand to establish a pilot program that uses the dBC weighting system for the purpose of community noise control.  (SB2630 HD1)

RELATING TO THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION.

Sets forth technology readiness levels based upon the U.S. Department of Energy's assessment guide.  Requires the director of the Hawaii Natural Energy Institute to provide the Public Utilities Commission with an analysis of the technology readiness of a renewable energy project, upon the request of the Public Utilities Commission.  Requires the Public Utilities Commission to only consider projects with a technology readiness level of above 6.  (SB2438 HD1)

RELATING TO DENTAL HYGIENISTS.

Requires a dental hygienist's certificate of licensure to be prominently displayed in the workplace.  Requires a dental hygienist's pocket identification card to be available for viewing upon request.  Effective July 1, 2050.  (SB2013 .HD1)

RELATING TO VACCINATIONS.

Allows pharmacists, per a physician's prescription, to administer the influenza vaccine to persons aged fourteen to seventeen provided that the pharmacist has fulfilled certain requirements, including the training requirement to administer the influenza vaccine to minors.  (SB2229 HD1)
