RELATING TO THE NATIVE HAWAIIAN ROLL COMMISSION.

Requires the Native Hawaiian roll commission to be responsible for verification documents from individuals seeking to be included in the roll of qualified Native Hawaiians.  Requires verification documents to be kept confidential.  Clarifies that the roll commission is prohibited from publishing or releasing any verification documents of any qualified Native Hawaiian on the roll.  (SD1)

RELATING TO ANATOMICAL TRANSPLANTS.

Prohibits a health care facility or health care provider from discriminating against a person who has human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), or AIDS related complex (ARC), and who is in need of an organ transplantation by refusing to perform the organ transplantation.  Amends section 327-11, HRS, to specify that persons with HIV, AIDS, or ARC shall not be prohibited from receiving an anatomical gift.

RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUOR.

Amends section 281-78(b), HRS, to clarify that a licensee who timely suppresses unlawful activity, including by means of detaining and reporting an offender to the police, from occurring on the licensed premises shall not be in violation of that section.

RELATING TO PAROLE.

Allows the Hawaii paroling authority to use a continuum of administrative sanctions when a parolee violates a term or condition of parole.  Eff. 1/1/2025.  (SD1)

RELATING TO PAIN PATIENTS BILL OF RIGHTS.

Clarifies that the medical use of marijuana is considered to be consistent with the pain patient's bill of rights.  Effective 1/1/2050.  (SD1)
