RELATING TO DISPOSITION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY ON PUBLIC HOUSING PROPERTIES. Establishes a process whereby the Hawaii Public Housing Authority may dispose of abandoned or seized property that it has acquired on state low-income housing projects. Effective July 1, 2030. (HB888 HD2)

RELATING TO HUMAN TRAFFICKING. Requires employers to post in a conspicuous place a poster that provides specified information relating to human trafficking and the National Human Trafficking Resource Center hotline. Establishes penalties for violations of the poster requirement. (HB1068 HD1)
