RELATING TO AQUATIC RESOURCES.

Establishes the aquatic resources special fund.  Requires the DLNR to establish a nonresident fishing permit program.

Status

RELATING TO TAXATION.

Imposes a conveyance tax on the conveyance of a controlling interest of an entity with an interest in real property in the State.  Applies to conveyances occurring after 6/30/15.

HB 1885

Status

RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES.

Establishes the Sand Island Task Force. Appropriates funds for the facility improvements as laid out in the Sand Island Ocean Recreation Park Master Plan.  Appropriates funds to the State Parks Division of the Department of Land and Natural Resources.
