RELATING TO RENEWABLE STANDARDS.

Increases renewable portfolio standards to thirty per cent by December 31, 2020, sixty per cent by December 31, 2030, seventy per cent by December 31, 2035, and one hundred per cent by December 31, 2045.  Adds the impact on renewable energy developer energy prices and the cost of fuel volatility to PUC study and reporting requirements.  (SD1)

Authorizes the display of an outdoor advertising device at the Waipio peninsula soccer stadium, subject to appropriate approval; provided that the scoreboard faces the stadium interior and is not visible from any thoroughfare.  Specifies placement and size limitations for the device.  Takes effect on 7/1/2030.  (SD1)

RELATING TO RENEWABLE ENERGY.

RELATING TO ENERGY.

Amends the State's objectives and policies relating to energy facility systems, including a policy of ensuring that fossil fuels such as liquefied natural gas be used only as a transitional, limited-term replacement of petroleum for electricity generation and not impede the development and use of renewable energy sources.  (SD1)

RELATING TO LABOR.

Requires employers to keep a record of the physical addresses of the employer and the North American Industry Classification System code applicable to the employer.  Requires professional employer organizations to provide the physical address, North American Industry Classification System code, and number of covered employees of each client company to the DLIR.  Requires client companies of a professional employer organization to report and update their physical address and North American Industry Classification System code.  Takes effect on 1/7/2059.  (SD1)
