RELATING TO THE STATE DISASTER REVOLVING LOAN FUND.

Authorizes the use of funds in the State disaster revolving fund to be used for loans to individuals and business impacted by the downsizing of military in Hawaii.  Appropriates moneys.

Status

RELATING TO VETERANS DISABILITY BENEFITS.

Exempts federal veterans disability benefits from seizure to enforce a court judgment, except for certain child and spousal support cases.

Status

RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE.

Establishes a veterans coordinator position within the Office of Veterans' Services to assist all veterans, with a primary focus on female veterans, who served on active duty for the full period they were activated.  Makes an appropriation.
