Submitting for consideration and confirmation as the Chairperson of the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Gubernatorial Nominee, CARLETON CHING, for a term to expire 12-31-2018.

Testimony submitted up to 24 hours prior to the start of the hearing will be posted immediately prior to and/or during the hearing.

 

While every effort will be made to incorporate all testimony received, materials received on the day of the hearing or improperly identified or directed, may be distributed to the Committee after the hearing and posted as late testimony.

 

All written testimony should indicate whether you will be testifying in person.

The Committee on Water and Land would like to hear from as many individuals as possible. In the event a large volume of individuals wish to present testimony in person, as a courtesy to those patiently waiting for their turn, the Committee on Water and Land may request people to limit their oral testimony to two (2) minutes.

FOR AMENDED NOTICES:  Measures that have been deleted are stricken through and measures that have been added are underscored.  If a measure is both underscored and stricken through, that measure has been deleted from the agenda.
