Exempts school employees of the Department of Education or Charter Schools from the State Ethics Code relating to gifts, gift reporting, and conflicts of interest if certain conditions are met.  (HB1713 HD2)

RELATING TO EDUCATION.

Repeals annual increment and longevity step salary increases for department of education teachers and educational officers and clarifies that such increases shall be determined through collective bargaining.  (HB2204 HD1)
