RELATING TO MANNER OF SERVICE.

Authorizes service on nonresident property owners for actions involving the property owned by the nonresident through a summons mailed to the mailing address on record with the real property tax office in the county in which the property is located.  (HB2033 HD1)

RELATING TO CAMPAIGN FINANCE.

Clarifies that certain disclosure requirements for campaign advertisements apply to advertisements communicated by digital means or through the Internet or online social media.  (HB2247 HD1)

RELATING TO SEXUAL ASSAULT.

Creates a Hawaii Sexual Assault Response and Training Program to address the manner in which sexual assault evidence collection kits are processed and tracked, and to ensure that victims of sexual assault are informed of their rights under the law.  Requires annual reports by the Attorney General to the Senate President and Speaker of the House.  Appropriates funds.  (HB2131 HD1)
