RELATING TO ELECTRIC GRID RESILIENCY.

Creates a $30,000,000 revolving line of credit sub-fund under the umbrella of the Green Energy Market Securitization Loan Fund for any state agency or department to finance energy efficiency measures.  Establishes the Grid Resiliency Rebate Program and a Grid Resiliency Task Force to prepare the State's electrical grid for natural disasters and other emergencies.  (HB2249 HD2)

RELATING TO RESILIENCY.

Directs the Public Utilities Commission to establish a microgrid services tariff to encourage and facilitate the development and use of energy resilient microgrids.  (HB2110 HD2)

RELATING TO MICROGRIDS.

Authorizes the establishment of a Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaii Authority (NELHA) microgrid demonstration project for the generation, storage, and distribution of renewable energy on property controlled by NELHA.  (HB2460 HD2)
